Well Baby Package: $1,999

  • Available for babies under two years old and
    their mothers

  • Home Visits:

    • 1 Week After Birth: Weight check and breastfeeding support.

    • 6 Weeks After Birth: Assessment for both mom and baby. Mothers may receive prescriptions for birth control options.

  • Vaccination Schedule Visits:

    • Height, weight, and vaccines administered as per provincial guidelines.

    • Thorough developmental reviews, including feeding and sleep education.

  • Visits conducted by a specialized Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) in consultion with NP with expertise in women’s and children’s health.

Additional Information

Membership fees are non-refundable and cover an entire year of care. Membership ensures that your appointments are unrushed and patient-centered, with access to premium care options for you and your family. Whether it’s managing chronic conditions, preventative care, or supporting
